Moreover, the recovery of 17,861 patients in the past 24 hours has increased the cumulative toll of recovered patients since the start of the epidemic to Rs.3.3 crore. As a result, India’s recovery rate reached 98.08 percent, the highest level since March 2020.

The government also reported Saturday that more than 101 essential vaccine doses have been made available to states/UTs so far through the Free Cost Channel and the Direct Government Procurement category. She also said, that more than 11.12 crores of doses of the Covid vaccine are still available with the states/UTs to be given.
