Ayurvedic beauty brand Vedix has tapped actress Avika Gor to launch a digital campaign to promote its range of hair care products. The campaign will be promoted across the brand’s social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and over-top (OTT) platforms from Monday. “With Vedix, we are introducing 5,000 year old Ayurvedic health in a contemporary format. Ayurveda teaches us to customize to individual needs. We have successfully helped a large number of customers break the continuous cycle of trial and error by providing them with superior products,” said Jatin Gujrati, FedEx Chief Business Officer. “Work stress and long working hours leave all of us with almost no time to take care of our hair and skin. Vedix was born to help our up-and-coming mobile clients eliminate their hair and skin concerns without worrying about the side effects that often occur with frequent use of basic chemical cosmetics,” added Gujrati.

Vedix claims to have an Accounting Rate of Return (ARR) of Rs 160 crore. It aims to reach Rs 500 crore in revenue in the next two years, the brand claims. It recently launched a few new products to enhance its focus across three main categories – the hair, face and mouth segment. As the brand is a dedicated Ayurvedic solution provider in the lifestyle and wellness sector, it wants to break the vicious cycle of trial and error that leads to unsatisfactory results, FedEx says.

In September, the brand linked actor Kunal Kapoor to its digital marketing campaign. The previous campaign was also designed to promote the range of hair care products. With its first Bollywood collaboration, the brand wanted to increase its reach among male users.
