It’s possible that Adam Thielen’s owners didn’t even consider a WR stud for the first round of the fantasy football playoffs, but he’s officially “doubtful” for the Vikings’ Monday Night Football match against the Bears. Looking at the match, it can be tempting to wait to see if he plays to pin your decisions in week 15, and sit on your decisions, but in the end it’s a risk that might not be worth it. We detail them — and provide the latest infection updates — below.

We will continue to update this article with news on Thielen until the release of the official active/inactive report on Monday at approximately 6:45 PM ET. For the latest fantasy updates, follow us on Twitter Tweet embed.

Is Adam Tellin playing on Monday nights?

despite of No exercise all week, Thielen (ankle) was given a “questionable” mark for Monday’s game against the Bears.

Standard Rankings for Week 15:
Quarterback | running backwards | broad future | narrow end | D/ST | kicker

It seems unlikely that Thielen would wear the suit despite the game’s importance, but the mere fact that he wasn’t left out suggests that the Vikings had some hope. However, even if he is active, he is unlikely to be 100 percent or play a full range of shots, so those with a fantasy risk greatly leaving him in their ranks.

Week 15 PPR Rankings:
Quarterback | running backwards | broad future | narrow end | D/ST | kicker

Our advice is to leave Thielen on the bench and hopefully he will return to the fantasy semi-finals. It can obviously make an impact even with a small number of goals, but this isn’t a risk you’d want – or need – to take in a win- or go-home scenario. The Bears make a very favorable match for the WRs, but that’s still reason enough to bump into Thielen.

However, if it was active, it would be difficult to use KJ Osborn as a flex. Osborne has produced every other week for the past two weeks and is in good shape for production again, but his outlook is suddenly getting more murky. For now, it seems safe to put a pencil in him – especially with at least two other games on Tuesday that offer substitution options – but keep tabs on Thielen’s status even if you just own an Osborn.
