“Sunday Night Football” has treated viewers in two intense matches in recent weeks. Week 4 saw Tom Brady and the Pirates face off against the Patriots at Gillette Stadium. Week 5 saw the Bills revenge on the road against The Chiefs, who defeated them for the 2021 AFC Championship.

The Week 6 “Sunday Night Football” match will not have the same star power as the last two matches. Both teams appear to be playing well on paper as the season approaches, but both have had some problems.

It is very easy to spot the visiting team problem. They are missing the quarterback in their franchise, who was injured in “Thursday Night Football” next week. In the meantime, the home team was pretty much swayed in attack but played well against the Broncos last week. They’re also dealing with some quarterback issues, with their longtime rookie performing at a low level this year.

The coaches in this fight, Mike Tomlin and Pete Carroll, are two of the most respected coaches in the NFL. It should be a good match from this point of view.

Who is playing in “Sunday Night Football” tonight?

  • the match: Seahawks at the Steelers
  • Location: Heinz Field in Pittsburgh

The Seahawks (2-3) and the Steelers (2-3) will be knocked out in a Super Bowl 40 rematch in Week 6. ‘The novice from that game, Matt Hasselbeck, retired in 2015.

However, Seattle does not have its usual operator at its disposal. Geno Smith will replace Russell Wilson, who will miss the start of his NFL career in this 10th season. Smith hasn’t started a game since he was with the Giants in 2018, but looked fine on Wilson’s palm last week after Wilson injured his middle finger.

Smith will face a tough test against a Steelers defense that kept the Broncos on 19 points. They’ve gotten much healthier in defense, as TJ Watt has come back from a groin injury. He will seek to put pressure on Smith on Sunday night.

Both teams have a couple of great receivers. The Seahawks have DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett at their disposal while the Steelers have Deontay Johnson and Chase Claypool (off-season JuJu Smith-Schuster). The Steelers are having their best at the moment with Nagy Harris and Chris Carson playing well, but Seattle has a better tackle.
